United Airlines Pilots Litigation

In 2015, Mildenberg Law Firm was retained by a group of airline pilots employed by United Airlines to represent them in federal court in their civil rights claims against United pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

We are proud to represent these pilots in their claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and denial of promotional opportunities and special assignments.

We are currently in the discovery phase of this litigation, conducting depositions and investigating the United Airline’s employment practices and civil rights compliance.  Our law firm represents 18 United Airlines pilots in their claims against the airline in this high stakes, high profile, historic litigation.

In September, 2015, the federal judge in the case denied a request by United Airlines to dismiss our clients’ lawsuits, and ordered further proceedings in the case.  We look forward to representing these clients and assisting them in obtaining equality of rights and opportunity under the law.  For more information about this case, you can read about it on the web at:
